I think this is the Canadian version of Sarah McLachlan's ASPCA public service commercial.
That song and those visuals are very powerful.

I love that commercial. I hate that commercial. It breaks my heart. How can you not pick up the phone, right away .. and call the SPCA to help these POOR ANIMAL????
