The Web site says it was created "to help the Humane Society shed some light on this horrendous sport of dogfighting." A portion of the profits, it says, will go to the Jacksonville, Fla., Humane Society to help spread awareness.
Part of me cringes - we're going to line someone's pockets and give a dog the likeness of a human being to chew? And part of me yells "Absolutely!" - help the humane society, let your dog chew on this apparent villain and keep this issue in the spotlight anway you can.
But why couldn't someone sell buttons that say, "Dogfighting Stinks" instead? That, I would buy and wear.

I saw a shirt that said my dog hates Michael Vick and it had a pit bull crushing a football with a #7 on it. I want one!

The company that has produced the toy stated it was to help the Humane Society and shed some light , Well It didn't it only showed how a man can be convicted out side the court house and used for profit, How is this Company able to use the Falcons jersey and michael likeness without being faced with a lawsuit from the NFL. But that same NFL won't permit the sales of Vick's Jerseys

I agree Dog fighting is disgusting and appalling However he has not been Convicted that the point . I have hear about all the thing that was found at the home that he owns but not live and it looks bad , I found myself in a summary situation I own a few Homes in that area and was not aware of one of my tenant life style"Prostitution" she was removed from the home , So should I be charged fro Prostitution or being a pimp she did pay me rent of "Course Not " Vick is Guilty of being a Dump ass and the last time I check it not a Crime
i agree withthe dumb ass comment.. but as far as the other comment from people about his personal life and calling him name. man cut it out you don't know him nor do i and you would reframe from those comments in his face so why say it now. let the courts do there job and we will see what happens this is a country where we are innocents until proven guilty or does that only apply to white men and i'm a white man.
Mine should be arriving in a few days. Rather buy that than Michael Vick Nike shoes. Yes it is possible he didn't actually participant in the dog fighting but he did have it own a property he owns- dumb a++ should be convicted for that alone...if I only had that kind of money....

I bought one in August and STILL haven't gotten it. This is going to be a huge story. From what I've read on www.vickdogchewtoySCAM.com it looks like these crooks made away with millions pretending to raise awareness about animal abuse.
www.officialvickdogchewtoy.com is the real site to visit and I know it's NOT a scam. The toys are available and they at shipping them starting Tuesday, December 11, 2007. I saw the listing on ebay and asked the seller questions about it to make sure and they are the real deal.
SCAM! I also ordered 3 chew toys in August, and I still have not received my order (12/10/07)! They had no problem taking my money. I have tried to communicate with customer service, and they have ignored my e-mails. There is no way to contact them by phone, either.
