Virginia Brechtel of Wilmington took in the Italian Festival on Sunday, and she wasn't alone. That's Emillio in her tote bag as captured by News Journal photographer Fred Comegys.
Emillio doesn't like walking in crowds, so he hopped in her tote, got comfortable and enjoyed the sights (and the smells) of the Italian Fest.
