Carol Chrisman lets a puppy up for adoption at the Delaware Humane Association know how much it is loved as it is being held by Jennifer Russell.The photo was shot at the humane association's Muttini Mixer, a fundraiser that kicked off the Wilmington shelter's 50th anniversary year, at the Residences at Rodney Square.
